Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship all over Pakistan via reliable courier services. Your order will arrive in a sturdy box with thermocol padding to ensure safe delivery. Carefully unwrap the certificate from the packaging.
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible, however, shipping delays are out of our control.
Liability Disclaimer
The Framers is not responsible for any delays or damage once the package has been handed over to the courier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any further changes to your certificate. Please confirm all customizations during time of checkout or immediately after placing the order.
Processing & Delivery Time
You can contact us for estimated delivery times. We require 2-3 days for the design process. Plus, it’ll take 4-5 business days to deliver after finalizing your design and when we secure the upfront payment. Please allow for a processing time of 4-5 business days prior to shipping.
Express Service Options
For Lahore, we’ll deliver your order within 24-36 hours after the design process and securing the upfront payment.
Other Cities: Faster than standard shipping (exact time varies by location).
Express Service Fee: PKR 1,500 (in addition to product cost).
Standard Delivery
Flat shipping fee: PKR 350 (nationwide).
We also use Bykea courier service for deliveries within Lahore, and customers should pay the fare if we/customer didn’t add the delivery charges to the invoice or select option of Self Pickup.
Self-Pickup Option
Available from our location in 5km, Harbanspura Interchange, Canal Road, Lahore.
Important Notes
The Framers is not responsible for parcel(s) refused at the time of COD delivery. No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to non-payment, consignee not available, refused to receive, or being ready to return. The Framers is not held responsible for delivery returns, customers are responsible for ensuring their availability at the time of delivery. The Framers is not liable for delivery delays due to courier issues or postal restrictions
