As our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order has already been printed or moved to the packing stage, a PKR 1,500 retention fee will be deducted. This fee covers the upfront payment required before printing begins. Once this amount is paid, we proceed with production and shipping. If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal, this upfront payment will not be refunded.
If your order is received with a defect or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, but the customer will bear the cost and must provide clear video evidence of the issue. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if you contact us within 3 days of the order being marked as delivered by the courier company.
The Framers is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused to your order while it is in transit. Responsibility transfers to the courier company once the package is handed over.
