At The Framers, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all of our customers.

When placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: We require 50% advance payment to begin processing your order. We do not proceed with printing until this payment is received, and it’s not our responsibility for the delay if you didn’t pay the advance payment. The remaining balance will be cash on delivery (COD). We accept payments via Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
  2. Shipping: It takes 4-5 business days to process your order before it is dispatched for shipping. Customization requests may result in longer processing and shipping times.
  3. Pick Ups: Pick ups will be ready in 4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Customization requests may result in longer shipping times.
  4. Changes and Cancellations: We send your selected design with your personalized details for proofreading before printing. To request changes or to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has entered the production stage, changes are not guaranteed. Please ensure that all order details are accurate at the time of submission.
  5. Customization: To ensure efficient use of our time and resources, we request that you inform us of all desired customization at once on your order form or via Whatsapp. There is a maximum number of 3 design revisions for colour changes. We are not responsible for delays caused by ongoing revision requests or incomplete customization information.
  6. Customer Communication: Customers are expected to respond to our messages promptly. Delays in response may lead to processing or delivery delays. If we do not receive a response after three reminders, the order will be marked as closed or lost on our end.
  7. Returns and Exchanges: Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after shipping. Cancellations after printing will be subject to a PKR 1,500 retention fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
  8. Delays, Damaged, Lost Orders: The Framers is not responsible for lost, delayed or any damages caused to your order while in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays while your order is in transit. We strive to provide accurate estimates for delivery times when you contact us. However, once we dispatch your package to our shipping carrier, any unexpected delays during transit are out of our control. If there are damages to your order, please WhatsApp us with photos within 2 business days and we will do our best to remedy the situation. If you haven’t received your order and believe it’s lost, you must file a claim with the shipping company and inform us proof of loss of shipment within 10 days of receiving the shipping notification that confirms your order has been delivered. We do not provide refunds for lost shipments, however, we may issue a new certificate with separate charges. Packages returned by the carrier (due to incorrect address, refusal to pay COD, etc.) will not be resent or refunded. Upfront payments for such orders are non-refundable.
  9. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays in creating or shipping orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or supplier delays.
  10. Validity: The nikah certificates offered by The Framers have been signed by numerous couples at their nikah ceremonies. Our nikah certificates hold Islamic validity as Muslim marriage contracts. You have the flexibility to personalize the design once you have selected your preferred design. It is entirely up to you whether or not you wish to include the Mahr or thum impression on the certificate. It is important to note that while our nikah certificates hold Islamic validity as Muslim marriage contracts, they do not serve as official government documents. It remains your responsibility to complete the official registration of your marriage with the appropriate local government authorities.
